Gabrielle Marcantel
Gabbi
We got some very bad news yesterday. Gabbi Marcantel, a former Patfinder leader, was killed in a car wreck on her way to Destin, FL for a retreat. Gabbi served in Pathfinders almost 3 years ago before going back to graduate school and serving in our New Beginings life group. She had an amazing testimony of a radical life change she experienced and was never afraid to share it. She had an immeasureable impact on our students and heaven was populated because of her heart to serve. We will miss her big-time, but rejoice for her because there is no doubt she is with her savior.
Make sure you remember her family this week in your prayers.
The funeral service will be Monday morning at Healing Place Church.
p.s. please forgive me for the lack of a quality picture. hope to have a better one soon.

Sad News:
Gabbi was one of the leaders at Pathfinders when I had the opportunity to oversee and lead the "Pathfinders Junior High Group" while on staff at HPC.
Gabbi was a wonderful young lady. She was very dedicated and faithful to our ministry and working with young kids. Always on time and willing to lend a helping hand.
If there is one thing I will remember and have learned from Gabbi, is that she knew how to worship the Lord!!!
Nothing and nobody got in the way of her praise!!! She got her Praise On!!!
She sincerely knew how to "enter into the worship circle" and give her whole heart to God as we worshiped.
She danced, sang, cried out, prayed....would do anything to come before the Lord in worship.
Many times she led the way for our young "Pathfinders" to sing and dance before the Lord.
She could care less what others were doing or what others thought....."Gabbi, was there to worship!"
I have no doubt in my mind and in my heart that Gabbi, like or maybe even with King David, is dancing before the Lord in heaven right now!
She will be missed.....However, her legacy will live on through Pathfinders and in everyone who knew her for her willingness to worship our Lord, Jesus with FREEDOM!
