Yesterday afternoon I saw the word GUMBO written on something at the office and i then decided that if I didnt go home and make some that I would go insane! So me and Whit whipped up the ROUX, put in the onions, chicken and sausage and a couple hours later we had a pot full of heaven on earth. I've eaten gumbo my entire life, so its hard to say that it was the bet gumbo ever... but it was pretty dad-gum close! We have boo-coo leftovers so come on by and get some if you want!
Oh yeah, almost forgot. This is Whit holding his own bottle while he was drinking it. He does that now. Much love and Gumbo!
